But there is a new kind of Easter treats that are really taking the cake; these Easter silicone molds are so much fun and they will not only be great for your kids, but they are great for you as well.

You can find all kinds of different colored silicone molds online, so finding the right one for your needs should not be a problem. These silicone molds come in every shape imaginable, and you are guaranteed to find one that will fit into your design perfectly. All it takes is a little creativity to make these items come to life and to let them know that they are the very best. The only thing that you will need to do is prepare the necessary materials. Below you will find a list of the things that you will need for this project.

First, you will need an egg. There are several different sizes from which to choose. You are more than likely going to want the largest egg size that you can find. You will then need to line the egg up inside the container, and carefully apply an egg coating to the entire outside of the egg. Once you have done this you will seal the egg and then carefully place it inside the Easter egg.

Next you will need a cookie cutter. You can use whatever shape you prefer. If you are particularly creative, you can transform eggs into almost any shape that you would like. For example, you could use eggs to represent basketballs, soccer balls, golf balls, and anything else that you could imagine. Simply cut out the shape with a cookie cutter and then lay the egg on the top of the cookie cutter.

You will then need a large bowl to hold the melted chocolate. It is important that you keep the bowl at a very low temperature. Most of the time the chocolate will begin to melt immediately after you remove it from the microwave. To avoid damaging your bowls you will most likely want to pre-heat it before you use it. If you don't pre-heat it, wait until it is very hot off the oven before you add the chocolate to it.

Finally, you will want to your hands. You will need to grease the palms of your hands with non-stick cooking spray. Then you will want to fill each one of your eggs with about two teaspoons of the chocolate mix. Once you have done all of this you simply need to allow the eggs to cool and then use your silicone mold to form your Easter eggs. You may even choose to have them lined so that they are easier to shape.
